Why hello... Adam!

Hey there, thanks for stopping by! I'm Adam, 'Head of Creative Expression' at Inizio Evoke – a global health and wellbeing marketing and communications agency.
I haven't always been the seasoned creative professional you find before you today, however. I started my working life in banking, but in 2008 made the leap to retrain as a graphic designer by attending Chelsea Collage of Art as a mature student, and latterly Kingston University.
Since then, I've being playing catch up on my peers who took a more direct route into the creative industries, and this feeling of being 'behind' still motivates me to this day, even if I now have over 15 years experience as a creative practitioner.
My journey to where I find myself now has taken me to working at some amazing cultural institutions such as University of the Arts London, Southbank Centre, TimeOut, and the Science Museum. So you'll understand it was quite an adjustment when one of the first campaigns I worked on in healthcare was for a fungal nail cream....
Despite mainly focussing on wellness for the past seven years, I remain ambitious in all areas of the commerical applicant of art and design. I am a passionate advocate for others who are also looking to get into the creative industries via the scenic route (like myself) and support organisations such as Arts Emergency who look to find a pathway for under-resourced aspiring creatives here in the UK.
